This site is owned and operated by Pamala Brooks, Owner and Founder of Brooks Notary & Litigation Support (“BNLS”, "Pamala","us", "we", or "our"). Your access to, and the use of the website is conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. The Terms apply to all visitors, users and all others who access or use the website and resources provided within. When accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you understand that you then may not access the website or its services and resources.

Privacy Policy
BNLS does not store any personal information from our clients without permission. We respect your privacy and will not send anything to your inbox aside from voluntary email subscriptions to our newsletter. We will not send spam or any third-party advertisements to your email address. Please be advised that our site may contain links to third-party sites and services that are not owned or controlled by BNLS. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party website or services listed on our site. You acknowledge that clicking any third-party site listed on our site is being used at your own risk and that BNLS is not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. BNLS strongly advises that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States.

By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge and understand that Pamala Brooks is not an attorney and that your use of any legal document preparation services provided by Pamala and BNLS does not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client privilege. Pamala will not direct you or in any way tell you how you should proceed in your legal matter. Should you require legal advice, please contact a licensed attorney through the State Bar of Nevada (or your local bar association). BNLS offers research and consultation services. You accept that any research obtained that relates to your file, is solely intended for informational purposes only. You understand that the information provided is not guaranteed to garner the results you may require and is not suggested to be used in place of legal advice from a licensed attorney. In using BNLS services, you agree that BNLS is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, should you not obtain a desired or favorable result after doing business with us.

You acknowledge and understand that sometimes typos can occur during document preparation. BNLS strongly urges
you to review all files from top to bottom to ensure that there are no errors before you sign off on your files. At such
point you take full responsibility for the accuracy of all completed works. You agree and understand that BNLS is
not liable for any adverse actions taken against you should you fail to recognize an error that may be present in the paperwork. BNLS will always review documentation before submission to you, and makes a reasonable effort to eliminate any errors before turning over the final product to our clients, but should an error be missed, we will happily correct any typos or errors made at the time of document preparation. Should you like amendments to the documents that were not caused by BNLS’s error, please be advised that additional fees may be charged, or waived, at BNLS's discretion. Should BNLS decide not to charge the fee, it does not mean that we waive our right to charge an amendment fee on future projects.

Payment & Refund Policy
BNLS accepts PayPal, cash app, money orders, cashier’s check, and credit/debit card payments. BNLS will always provide a price quote and invoice for our services. You agree and acknowledge that NO refunds or credits are offered, as all sales are final. Should you need to cancel a project after BNLS has begun work on your project, you understand that you will be billed for
that work at a cost of no less than $100.00 for legal and business-related documents. No less than $50.00 will be charged for resume and all other non-legal document services. You acknowledge and understand that all sales are final. Should BNLS decide not to exercise this or any clause stated herein, it does not mean we waive the right to enforce said policy in the future.
