Frequently Asked Questions
Is BNLS a law firm?
Brooks Notary & Litigation Support is not a law firm, nor am I an attorney. I am a paralegal that provides freelance paralegal services to attorneys and law firms, as well as limited document preparation assistance to self-represented litigants. Please know that I cannot offer legal advice or legal representation. Please contact your local bar association or an attorney referral service, should you require an attorney.
How do I place an order?
You can call (951) 413-9497, email pamala@brooksnotary.com or send a text message. Once we confirm the details, I will send over your invoice and service agreement. Serious Inquiries Only, no solicitations!
How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, and cash. Please know that payment is due in full before any documentation will be furnished.
What is the best way to contact BNLS?
Email or text message is the best way to reach me. I am a one-woman wrecking crew, so please do not be discouraged if you call, and I am not able to answer. Please know that sometimes I am with a client, or in the middle of a consultation. As such, I may be unable to answer at that time. Please do not hesitate to leave a message, send an email, or send a text message. I will respond promptly, I promise.
What are your prices?
Pricing is quoted on a project-by-project basis, as each project is unique. If you would like more information about general pricing, please visit our home page under the "Services" section.
Where are you located?
Las Vegas, Nevada. Our old address was in Moreno Valley, California, but we have moved.
Can I visit your office?
Brooks Notary & Litigation Support is a virtual document preparation firm and does not have a physical location that is open to the public. For notary jobs, I will travel to you or meet you at a mutually agreed upon location. A gas/mileage surcharge will be assessed at the time of booking.
